In the event that you have damage from the coming Hurricane storm and the damage occurs during in the time our office is closed.....and you need to file a claim please reach out to your insurance company that is listed on your insurance policy or your insurance cards. 

If you experience damage to your home and/or your property and you can safely take steps to prevent further damage, please do so.  For example, placing a tarp on a damage part of your roof or have a roofer place the trap. 
If any damage occurs that requires temporary repair to prevent further damage, please take photos of damage prior to the temporary repairs being made. The adjuster will need to view damage.  If any damage parts are removed to make temporary repairs.  please keep damaged items until an adjuster has reached out to you and tells you about the next steps in the claim process.

Coverage will not be changed or bound by voicemail, text, fax, or email.

You must communicate with an Agent in our office or with your 

Insurance Carrier before the change is finalized and coverage bound.
